A special technical workshop was organized by the Cypriot partners of the Sea of Experience project. The workshop was focused on the technical presentation of the professions promoted by the project. At the event more than 40 students from Nicosia Lyceums were present. Four professions were presented. The first profession, naval architect, was presented by Mr. Angelos Ktoris from CMMI. The second profession was marine surveyor, and it was presented by Mr. Theodoros Tsorakos from PHOENIX Register of Shipping S.A. The third profession presented was mechanical engineer – commercial shipping and it was presented by Mr Kyriakos Patsalides from Cyprus Marine Academy. Finally the profession of mechanical engineer- Navy was presented by Captain Ioannis Petrides from Cyprus Naval Command.
